Well from what I can see, I'm thinking the obverse is better than the reverse. Obverse being EF and reverse being Fine. Just my opinion. Seeing the wear on hair above forehead of obverse and shield and tail feathers on reverse.
The coin looks AU to me, but it is almost impossible to evaluate the luster based on those photos. I say lower AU grade worth approximately $125.
