2012 Shield Lincoln Cent just found this one, this die clash is not inverted like the other one, but has the same doubling :hail:
My latest purchase and it just so happens to be my first coin in a slab too. Picture courtesy of Lehigh96.
1995 DDO. paid $.01. yep, found it in some pocket change a while back. Not really worth a whole lot of monetary value, but super cool.
Some pickups this week. I am a big fan of crusty Kennedys! Picked a group of '64 mint sets in those small 3rd party plastic holders with the black cardboard inserts. All of the toning on the halves and quarters were nearly the same colors and patterns. Really nice.
Bought a complete set off an old man in old school 2x2s in an old musty box. I am sure the "musty" is what made these nickels a "musty" to have
Received my first Morgan Dollar, 1884 CC, and my first gold Indian Head, 1913 $2.50. They are great looking coins and a start of my old U.S. coin collection. Picked 'em up off the bay.
I was looking for Ikes (found 1, see "Post an Ike") and this jumped out at me... had to bring this home
4 Rolls of pennies were a bust but I had 2 rolls of nickles with 2 buffalos and a roll of quarters with the last state park I needed.
