what is this error coin worth??

Just trying to find out what this error is called and how much it might be worth?? My father found this as pocket change in the 1970's

That's a pretty severe off center. I don't know values of errors but I have to tell you it's a memorial not a wheat.

Edited: Most of you will say "but the OP didn't say anything about it being a wheat" he mentioned it in a previous thread so there.

 

This is worth $3-$5. Visible date maybe a little more. A wheat in this condition with no date 10-15

 

It's an off-center strike worth about $5 or so.
