Sometime this morning I made my 5,000th post at CT. :rollling: Reflecting on it, I probably spent an average of 5 minutes on CT for every post made. That equates to about 25,000 minutes or 416 hours. At 8 hours a day, five days a week, the 416 hours would take 10 weeks. Of course, I know a rough approximation of how much money I can make in 10 weeks. Was it worth spending all this time reading, learning, & posting at CT? You bet it was. Thanks to everyone that makes this site fun & educational. :hail: Here is the other side of my avatar:
at 5 minutes per post Thanks. BTW, you probably invested a few minutes reading this thread & posting to it. Your 3500 total posts might equate to more than seven 40-hour weeks viewing CT. Of course, if you spend more time reading CT than posting at CT, then the time invested could be much higher.
Good post and very true. You can learn a lot on this site. And you other guys forget - they archived some of Dougs original posts.
All you guys really pile up on Doug huh? I'm too scared to crack a joke he's like the CoinTalk sheriff.
Follow forum rules and you don't have to worry about Doug or any of the moderators. They can take some kidding. They are a nice knowledgeable group of people.
there is a thread somewhere dedicated to how old doug is. LOL! but to stay on topic i will say that is alot of posts collect89! congrats man
The thing of it is that if Doug had the notion to chase me down, he'd think about it and get tired. On the flip side, if I had any notion to outrun Doug, I'd get tired thinking about it. In the end, we'd both sit down on a park bench and watch all the women exercising in the park. Chris
