why. I know why NGC didn't do it beause the middle bands are flat, doesn't PCGS have "looser" requirements?

Ok, I have seen all of the dimes posted. I have spent a good hour going between my two favorite. And i could not decide between the two and I am honestly tired of thinking about it, i did not realize it would be so difficult to pick between the two!

The two that i was looking at was Lehigh96's second to last and Fadetoblacks submission. I thought which would i rather have; both. Which do i think looks the best; both.

Lehigh96 got heads.
