Before someone tells me to turn notes. I do not know how to do that. Thanks for any help you can give me. I tried to find one on eBay but could not find that one not sure if it matters though.
Open the pic on your computer. Somewhere (at the bottom?) you'll see circular arrows. Click them to rotate your pic and save it that way. Problem solved.
This appears to be only the 2nd $5 PB known for this bank - auction for one in 2000 brought $522 in similar condition. I think it will grade VG 8 apparent rust.
I think I can get the note for $300 to $400 he is asking the $400 So do you think that is a good price? Also were did you look up the info you have given Thanks Bob J

I think that is a good price as long as you have an interest in the note or the bank. If you are just looking to flip it, I still think it is good but you are always subject to market whims... I still say get it. I would for $300.
I agree with this completely. National Bank notes are awesome...but can be hard to flip because you have to find someone with interest in that bank or town. But, if you want it for your collection then I think it's a good price. But, one thing to think about too is...do you have any attachment to this town? If not, you might want to seek out a note from a town that is more interesting to you.
Thanks for the help I was able to buy the note for $260 hope that was a good deal. Also it would be great if someone could tell me were I could look up values for this an other notes like it. I'm always trying to learn as much as I can. Because I come across a lot of notes that people have that want more then I'm willing to spend with out knowing the true values.
