as mentioned already due to the fact it is a newer series there won't be a huge premium. if it was a radar or repeater it would bring more of a premium. i sold a binary radar of an older $10 note graded at a 66 and it went for a lot less than i expected.
Some collectors like binary notes, but I've never been a big fan. I just don't see why it would be a big deal.
Take a look at this Heritage link am i missing something why did these 6 $1 true binary notes sell for 253.00?http://currency.ha.com/c/item.zx?saleNo=3514&lotIdNo=16015
The notes in that heritage link spell out "LDJICA" when translated from binary into text. Your four notes spell out "qtsr" Maybe you can spin qtsr into some weird sales pitch.
Things like this just go to prove the nay-sayers wrong. Maybe they are not interested in this type of note. So be it. These type of notes do have their aficinados, though.
I found this cool site that buys and sell true binary notes, check out the 2009 $1 it's about 7 notes down also they have a binary wanted list the link will be on the left side of the page. One of the serial #'s on their wanted list just happens to be one of my notes. http://www.coolserialnumbers.com/Binaries.aspx
