Not only are those fantastic Morgans, but I must also complement you on your artistic photography style! :thumb:

See, I LOVE Cmcart's Morgans, and I love his photography. I, personally, think that the display detracts from being able to see some amazing coins clearly--it distracts from the coins. I find myself looking at the arrangement, rather than the coin itself. IMHO, I would like to see more direct shots of such high quality Morgans, and less of the display. :) Just one man's opinion.

MS 60 officially. I think it is very optimistic. I would have graded the coin AU 55 or 58. It is a definite slider.

Just for fun, acquired for the "melt" value....

Obviously in a fire at some point, and apparently had molten silver from another coin stored above drip onto the edge and run down the reverse (despite the channel this created, the net result was that it's actually a bit overweight now, by about 6/10ths of a gram).

I'm not sure how this could happen, but I can imagine some guy melting scrap Morgans in some creepy basement to make homemade crappy bars ... - And this one somehow escaped the witches cauldron!

Cmcart, are the backdrop photos you are using (post #198) showing on the Nexus7/Ipad/Kindle the same slabbed coins you are showing? Or are those just random gorgeous coins?
