I send everything I buy back to PCGS no matter what since I want it imaged by them, but even more so if I know it hasn't been regraded lately. A lot of the coins I buy I try to make a good judgement call on it's quality to know if it's worth buying for an upgrade too. I've made several top pop's by doing this, and they have even come back CAC'd afterwards - all the better!!

That coin I posted however is for my daughter, it'll be in the bank for many, many years.
