Eduard is correct, it is a s137.

FWIW, in hand it is darker and less contrasty than even the darker photos in post #1. While under light there are some beige highlights, it is not nearly as beige as the photos suggest.

I'll try and take some better photos myself...Mike

Now compare that coin to this coin, a PCGS 25 CAC:

Clearly, this coin is more original. But I'd argue the first coin has more detail.

Mike, I agree that F15 for your coin seems very low. Even accounting for some issues as you mentioned it is a very conservative grade.

In view of that, I will have to stop calling my own S-137 a F15 then:

(interestingly, your S-137 seems to be an early die state as the swelling on the reverse (at RICA) has not developed yet)

Did you by chance pay F-15 money for that?
I see no way in heck that coin should grade that low. That is sure a beauty though.

This coin is the perfect example why I am not that big into slab coins. They are great for proving the coin is real but thats about it.

I paid strong 15 money for the coin. Short of a 20, though.

I think it was a bargain at that price myself.

I think it is a solid VF coin. I would re-submit it also. Good luck.
