I have a 1969 D Lincoln cent. It seems to be an error on the initials on the reverse of the coin. What do you think?

Also I have a 1982 Lincoln cent that has a swirly type of error I'm wondering if it should be sent in as a new error discovery coin? IMG_20230113_053506836.jpg Screenshot_20220114-115701.png IMG_20230113_053517077.jpg

1982 damaged, most likely ground down.1969 D looks completely normal to me unless you can get better pictures.Dont send anything in,as of now I see 2 (real)cents.

I agree, the 1982 is damaged and I'm not seeing anything on the 1969.

Same here. The 82 is damaged.

The 1982 was definitely damaged after it left the mint. The 1969-D looks normal to me.

The 1982 is interesting. But that did not occur during the minting of the coin.
    Definitely not a discovery coin.
