    If all the markers on Obv+Rev are there yes.but just 1 marker the wing crack could change # the Vam listing or just make it a die crack.

    Your photo is too small for me to see any die gouges, but you also need to have the "Closed 9" date. So, no, it is not all that is needed.

    How could a different die have the same die polish lines in the same area?

    That's not a die crack, that's just a really low grade mint state morgan :)

    The die polish lines are only one attribute of the VAM-2A. You have to remember that a VAM is assigned to a die pair (obverse and reverse) so if your Morgan doesn't have the "closed 9" then it is not a VAM-2A.
