coin geeks first contest!

well hello there folks, time for a contest,
the contest subject?
wheat cents.
you post your pics and i judge, simple as that.
the rules?
1. no cussing.
2. no posting pic of wheats you dont have
3. you may post only one time with a pic and two pics of one penny.
4. the contest shall close on january 31st.


other notes:
i will up date the leader board in a completely differnt post ounce a day.
there is a chance if your in second you could become first.
u may post more than once, but only one of your posts can contain a picture.

Hey, thanks for the contest. Here is my entry, my childhood Whitman penny folders 2 (in taters). I stopped collecting around the time President Kennedy was slain. Somehow this old folder remained untouched for 50 years. Here it is. Memories of early coin collecting from circulation coinage as a kid, wonderful. :yes:

Here is my submission. Got this for the little lady for Christmas, she saw it and wanted it so I picked it up for her.

 

I like my 1958 because my great grandfather died in 1958. He was the one who had kidney cancer and let my grandmother feel his knots...thus when she felt my knot she knew I had cancer and saved my life.
