That is quite correct--forgot!! Mea Culpa. They're both 69Ds. Nice pairs anyway. :)

I got this one a few days ago. I also have a few others I just received from my mother.[IMG][IMG]

Purchased a Sealed Mint box of 5 proof sets and found these:

Some type of Tripling on the Reverse as well.

Nothing really major but given the CAMEO coins, cool none the less.

Well, these are all repeats from other threads, but they may as well live here too...

Did he round up and give you an even $1,000, or stay at exactly $4.50/ea and only give you $999?

The strike definitely looks sharp enough to be a proof, at least from the pics you posted.

I haven't received this one yet, but it looks like it might have a pretty striking copper tone. I've fished a few of these "copper" Kennedy's out of mint sets, so I know they can turn like this naturally. We'll see when it arrives...

Heres what happens when a Kennedy is left forgotten in an envelope for 45 years:

If that still in the US mint wrapped mint set??? you may want to get in something non PVC ,
I had 1 about 4 years ago returned from Ngc will no grade just a note PVC damaged.this was before NCS was formed too so maybe longer than 4yrs ago.

I've got a few of those. Can you say "terminal state toning"...?

    Still, there's a certain appeal.

Sorry, absolutely NO appeal for me. She's the ugly girl at the party.
