Thanks for the free advertising of my auction. This half cent is a true gem. Looks much better in person. Just kidding I like how they have it in the coin holder. I don't know that leaving it out in the open would cause any more harm?

Sorry, I had two choices either use a coin (which the oldest.coolest coin i have is a 1932 quarter that looks like someone was chewing on it) or break the mold completely

Sorry to say, but there are probably hundreds of auctions of coins that look just as bad as the original one. Just looking at copper can give me a headache - one of the reasons I very seldom check ebay anymore. No offense to sellers or buyers intended.
