Just to clarify, I originally posted this in march. I just linked it in another thread. I guess that bumps the old post.
    sorry for any confusion.

Very nice pull. Pretty hard to find rotated die errors on newer coins. I have never found one myself in a roll and wonder if I let a few go unnoticed. I bought my first rotated die error today for $25 from a flea market dealer. I thought I got a steal. Its an 1833 large cent rotated die. Very common on the older dates come to find out. Worth about $15.

You know ... I think many coins have rotated dies and they float around all the time.
Only collectors looking for them will see them. I'm sure we all handled more than one of these rotated reverse coins in everyday change making.
Best way I know to find these is to lay out all your coins in the same exact 12 o'clock position ( heads up ) on a flat glass coffee table and look underneath for the odd ball that is tilted. Nice find there. That's a pretty dramatic twist.

I made it a habit to flip all the coins I handle, end for end, to check for die rotations. It was a suggestion in one of the guides I have on searching for errors.

Edit: I also have a 1992-D Jeff I found roll searching.I mentioned it in a post last October but I guess I never put up any pictures. I will post some pics as soon as I get a chance.
