I'm glad you guys like the coin. I just don't care much for Franklins, but that's just me and I know that lots of you think I'm crazy. QUEEN, your avatar freaks me out as I caught it winking at me.
Where Did You Get that Tone? Hey QUEENKOIN! First of all I really like your Franklins, specially with the crazy tone that they have produced. Would you be able to share the means by which these coins have obtained such a wild tone. I mean what medium have they been stored in and for how long? Thanks for sharing the pics and Merry Christmas to you and to all. :smile
This coin was brilliant white when I purchased it years ago, it has been toning in a old Wayte Raymond album for several years now... I removed it to take some images, it is now back in the album... Here are some images of it:
This is a thread that died way too early. Nobody had Franklin Halves in 2005, whats up with that? Lets try again. For whom the bell tolls! Only bells please!
7 year old thread Paul? Resurrection of such I would associate with a newer member here. Still, since you brought this up........ Sinnock's design is classic indeed.
Upon seeing the thread title, I couldn't help but think of this song:
Some great bells! I will try to throw some up tomorrow. What happened to Queenkoin? That's a crazy avatar!
Don't think I have seen here on CU for about as long. Maybe I'm wrong. Some of the cars she had were killer. I'll bet she is still at the track.
