Posted this in the newest acquisition thread with bad photos, i took new ones and this is the best i could do with the glare on the slab....
That's a good picture Matthew, and a great liking Morgan. Paul... love the ASE! I can't give you a "like" from my phone unless you have text in the post.

So while on Military duty today, in my travels I went to a location where I was able to meet the Incredible Mr Robec. By the way Robec thank you again for taking time out of your day and meeting up with me. I hope to do it again soon. He was nice enough to take me to a local coin shop where we were able to thumb thru some Lincoln Proof and I found a few new Lincolns to give a new home too. I will take some pics later and post but here is a quick run down of what I bought: 1936 Toned Proof @ $16.50 1961 Toned Proof @ $1.25 1968 Toned Proof @ $1.50 1969 Toned Proof @ 1.00 1970 Toned Proof @ 1.00 1974 Toned Proof @ .30 Again thanks Robec I had a great time.
here are a couple more. just messing around trying to get the best results. i have to say my phone takes a better picture than my cameras do enjoy 1884 O NGC MS63* 1883 O (i believe this coin is AT but still love the colors)
It was great meeting up with you. The shop was very accommodating in letting us look through all the single proof Lincoln's we wanted to. The only problem was, Gonzo was grabbing them faster than I could see them. Great price on the 1936 Proof. My other favorite was the 1970-S. Better color than what is normally seen. Can't beat it for $1. Let me know next time you come down. It was fun!!
Show my son some coins in my Safely Depot box so I let him use his camera to do some photos for insurance.I fill out one time a year
Agreed, my Blackberry does equally as well as my camera. Sometimes better, lately I've been taking photos with both and comparing them before I settle on one.
good heavens those are amazing prices.. looking forward to seeing the pictures. The 36 proof redbook in pf63 is $200.. and if nicely toned maybe even a premium to that. I just saw Shanes 38 (teich family) pf63 go off at around $110+, and that coin has around 3x the mintage as a 36. You ripped those coins Gonzo... Good job.
