Am I on to something here? Picture quality not the best but its all I could do with my dumb iPhone. If you guys think it has possibilities let me know and maybe k can get some better pictures tonight. 1992 D btw
I'll do what I can when I get home from work tonight to take a better picture. That's a zoomed in picture I think I can get the fg in there if I redo it.
From what I see it DOES look like a CAM. The M does not appear to be centered between the A and E. It looks decidedly offset toward the A. Looking forward to in focus pictures.
Thanks for the encouragement. I keep trying not to get my hopes up in case im/we/community are wrong. Ok now the dumb question what do I do with it? Any thoughts on value?

Looks like the jackpot to me,I have been chasing one of those for years I am jealous of you but also very happy for you. But That's telling me the CAM's are still out there. Guess I will keep looking.
ever have one of those Oh****e moments? Well I did when I got home from work today. So last night I had a penny that has a close am.. So I take some pictures right before I go to bed (9:30pm). Knowing that I have to get up at 3am for work so I'm kinda excited that I've found something really cool but trying not to get to excited because if something is to good to be true it probably is. But I have to post this and see if I have something here especially not being a coins expert. I've Been collecting less than a year. And figure I need some other opinions. So I post it first thing when I get to work. And get positive results thinking I got me a goodie here. So I get home and look on the table where it was and am like WTF. Where is it at I have like 30 other pennies on the table but where is the 92d. Ok there was like 2 of them on the table but not the one I want. Ok there is an 93d cam. So I look all over the place, even the bathroom. No 92 cam. So my final conclusion at this point is that I got my dates and coins confused since I was really tired. So conclusion is no coin unless I lost it. And I live alone so nobody was in the house while I was at work. I sincerely apologize to everyone for the false alarm.
Ah darn, that stinks. No problem about the false alarm, obviously it was not your intentions... But I have fooled myself into thinking the same several times when coin searching. I've picked up a coin that I thought was a 92-D to check the AM, then start freaking out when I find the AM is close. Eventually I flip the coin over and find out it is a coin from some other year instead. Major let down
Oh man...I was really excited for this one...bummer! Better luck next time, hope you find a winner real soon!
