and one more that didn't fit... and is up for debate I've had a dealer tell me that it's a PL by default as the blank or die got polished like a proof coin would. Another told me that he's not sure what it is that it may be a bad metal mix in the steel/zinc or some kind of a test metal but whatever it is it's not normal.
Interesting coin. You should start a new thread on it. Try shooting the image straight on, no tilt to the lens and do a custom white balance.
