He has 5 rolls of ikes date ranges 71 thru 76 40% silver 100 of them for 150.00 is that a good deal or just average....
Does he work in a fish market because it smells fishy to me. 40% Ikes have .3191 ozs. of silver x 100 x $33 = $1050, give or take. Chris
Ditto! Too often folks believe that the circulation IKEs were actually Silver when in fact they were not. 100 40% Silver IKEs for only $150 is an absolute giveaway with no conscious thought toward PM content. Ask your potential seller how many of them have the D Mintmark. That'll be your first clue.
ok I will ask bout the d mint marks... it is on ebay that maybe a give way too... thought I would ask here cause you guys know allot more about this than I

You do notice that the seller does not so much as mention silver, no? Here's a hint: if they don't mention silver on us coins, it isn't. 10% of the time, if they do mention silver on us coins, it isn't...
There is no mention of silver. These are worth essentially face value or a few cents more per coin. At $150 for the group this appears to be too much money.
Thank you, thank you thank you...you all are tremendous have a great evening you just saved me a few bucks........happy happy happy
