Amazing, you just found a note that would probably carry a $50-75 ballpark value. Not only a radar, but a two digit binary as well. Nice find!

A strap is actually a bundle of 100 (similar denomination) notes with a paper bank strap around them. A radar note is a serial number that reads the same backwards as forwards (excluding the letters).

No such thing as a dumb question, but I would suggest spellcheck.

I know that the educational system here in the US has been dumbed down over the years, but I would think that a high school graduate would know how to spell.

What ya need to know how to spel fer? The governancy has no mind for thinkers, they prefere non-critikal thinking robotrons.

The goal of totalitarian governments is always to keep the people stupid and worked to tirelessly to rebel against their authoritarian rule. (or dependent upon them, i.e. welfare)

True. Too many Americans have fallen into that trap.
But this is awfully close to turning into a political discussion, so I'll leave this thread to others.

Some people have a vested interest in keeping the masses stupid and poor, sounds like you may fall into that camp.

Can you at least explain what about my post you dislike?

That was not in response to a misspelled word, it was in response to the (poor) defense of the misspelled word.

i don't see that note carrying that much premium. especially in that condition. i have sold binary radars before that were graded 63-65 and just barely reached that $50 mark.
