In regards to the "water in its purest form" and it being "untainted by man in the 'prehistoric' plateaus", water is water. Any spring on the planet (that doesn't reside in a residential area) is in its "purest form" and it stays that way, it just has things added to it as it flows downstream. All underground lakes/rivers are this way as well, as long as they stay away from chemical-ized soil.

I read it and was like "what?". H20 is water, and if it takes any other "form" its either deadly (H2O2) or doesn't exist (HO) or is, well, also deadly (OH-).

So, in addition to the seller characteristics featured in the image, we have strong indications that she's a bit weak on fact-checking and logical thought. It wouldn't feel right to take advantage, though.
