I just had to get another one of these. Silver and beautiful women go together very well.

There are many different renditions of Britannia...and I'm partial to most. This one is the reverse of an 1806 Penny.

Two beautiful Botticelli women, so to say. :) The first one is Venus on the Italian 10 cent circulation coin, a detail of his Nascita di Venere (Birth of Venus). Click here if the image does not show.

And this piece, a €2 commem, was issued by San Marino to commemorate the 500th anniversary of Botticelli's death. One of the Three Graces from his Primavera (Spring) was picked for the design. Click here if the image does not show.
