What would really be interesting is if your certification number ended with 319 or 321.

 

If NGC did free crossovers, I would hope for free black holders and accurately graded quarters.

 

Well, I live near FW in DFW and my cert is 399, so maybe from the same grader. Probably an Eagle fan.

I cropped it poorly and didn't photograph the back. Anyway, I think this coin is severely overgraded. Do you think PCGS will give me $1?

 

There seems to be a consensus that these coins are overgraded, and probably severely. It would be nice if PCGS was monitoring the pulse on this.
