A real person, Anne Willing Bingham was a well known and attractive socialite of the late 18th century in the USA. She is conjectured to be the model for Miss Liberty on the Bust coinage of that era: Unfortunately her popularity did not help with her health and she passed away at a relatively young age.
"Dania" is representative of the nation of Denmark and was used on their coins much during the 19th century:
