Roll-searchers, post your results!

Grabbed 4 boxes today, 24 40%ers and 3 '64's. Secured orders totaling 26 boxes next week to add to my existing orders of 40 boxes. Also pulled 7 40%ers from a teller tray, and found $20 of mostly UNC Ikes... including a quite nice MS63ish '72 T2. Score!

To put my 2cents (Not an 1865 2 cent piece) in, I used to mark my rolls, a couple of dots. I never got any of mine back, so stopped eventually. I take my rools to some stores, cashiers use them, so I doubt anybody buys them, except for laundry or something. And I HATE those plastic ones.

Anyway, Today's results:

$5 Pennies: 77 copper, 1 Canadian.

$16 Nickles: 1949P, 1952P, 1954S, 1955D, 1957D, an uncirculated 1959D, and a Mexican coin.

$25 Dimes: All 2012D.

$250 Quarters: Skunk. And lousy plastic wrappers, so no silver. At least all full.

 

Box of Half Dollars: Only 1x1968. Oh well, I'll take it compared to a SKUNK.

 

Don't search much anymore but was cashing a check at my credit union and saw a bag of dimes from the machine on the counter. I could see a few ilver dimes so I asked if I could buy it. They said they weren't supposed to sell it but as I am a regular customer, she let me. Glad she did as I found 19 silver dimes all roosies. Fun for me.

half dollar boxes just finished boxes 33 and 34 for me got skunked but i still am ready to move on...i only pull silver and proof halves got tired of pulling 2002 and newer had to many and cant sell them for a profit so i use them as fillers now,,the silver i find i hoard.......:dead-horse:

I wish I had a dump bank setup that would accept $40,000 in half dollars a week - even $5,000 a week.

 

I gotta drop by and make sure they're all good with this, haha. I told them to up their exemptions a couple weeks ago, guess we'll find out if they did. Otherwise, I may have to find something else to do with these dumps. Hello, First Niagara, lol.

As I said yesturday my dad pulled a 1946 dime, he found a 1926 dime at his work today. He works for a company that works with vending machines so he sees a lot of change. He said he is going to be on the look out now for silver at work to give me. Pretty solid deal.

Just wanted to post about 30 minutes from when I posted this my dad told me he found a 1964 quarter as well.
