No doubt, I'm in San Diego Cali...I got my quarter super-duper fast. I would and could only assume that such a well respected, Top-Tier TPG such as PCGS would honer any promotion they put on their very own website. I'm also pretty sure they can sniff a rat out of a "first-only line;" trying for seconds. In other words, I wouldn't be surprised if my wife doesn't get her coin (even though it probably would or could have sparked her interest in my obsession). Like I said, I will contact PCGS tomorrow and alert them of the current situation, and do my best to ensure that ALL CoinTalk members who signed up in good faith, do indeed receive their coin. That's all :smile Erik
I didn't get mine yet, but I'm hoping for an MS-60 or so. I really am curious about how many "clashes" make it 60.
Don't get your hopes up. When (if?) you get one, it will be MS64+, I'm quite sure. As I said earlier, they probably want to make sure everyone gets about the same item.
This proves nothing to me , except that slabs are really cheap to produce. ...and PCGS fees are excessive. Can't you put a g-4 Indian head cent or Buffalo nickel in the slab ?
I am... a hope giver. If my coin doesn't arrive next week, I'm giving up hope. It'll also be fun to/if I get my first PCGS slab (I'm strictly NGC by coin-cidence only), minus a couple of cool sample slabs.
jwt will probably get his before we all get our. Heck, PCGS will probably even throw in a T-shirt to boot.
I got my quarter sometime last week; don't know exactly when as it sat in my mail stack until I got to it. It is an ATB Grand Canyon Ms65 though.
It's been over a week for me, so I should be getting it soon. I saw they ordered and graded more of them after they ran out. I'm eager to see how many quarters total they end up giving out.
