    My best error coin ever!

I was having a pretty slow nickel day - just a 1943-P war nickel and two dateless buffalos in two boxes - and then things picked up! This is the nicest error coin I have ever found:

I love that it is in good condition and that the date (1983-P) is still visible. What good fortune this one has never been crimped!

    Way cool!

    Nickels:
    Box #1 - Skunked
    Box #2 - 1 war (1942S)

    Quarters - $230 CWR - Skunked
    Pennies - $11 CWR - 5 Wheaties (oldest 39')
    Nickels - $56 CWR - 1 war (1944P)
Dollars - ~$325 CWR - 2000S (had $600, but got bored of searching these)

Now off to look for a steelie and fill up my wheat collection...

    Nov 17 dimes

I searched 4 boxes of dimes on Saturday. The first had one silver Roosie. The next two had nothing. The last had 5 silver dimes:

    2 1963, 2 1964 and 2 1964-D.

Need more boxes like that last one!

    Nov 18 2012 nickels

I am glad I found that error coin, because in 4 boxes of nickels I found only 2 dateless Buffalos and 4 war nickels. I found 3 of the war nickels in the last half of the last box, so things looked really bad until then!

I usually go the the supermarket next to my work during my lunch break and grab some random rolls to search. Today I grabbed a few rolls of nickels and pulled a 1936 Buffalo, the first I have pulled roll hunting.
