found this weird coin in my drawer how much is this worth ?

    In other words, zero? ;) The redemption period for gulden coins ended about six years ago. This one is kind of special as it commemorates the coronation of Queen Beatrix. The double portrait shows her (on the right) and her predecessor Juliana (on the left). However, about 30 million pieces were made, and the coin does indeed not have much value ...

    Do people think they hit the jackpot with every coin they find hidden in a drawer or someplace else?

    You have a better chance of hitting a jackpot here in Vegas. :)

    It is made of pure nickel, I put them with obsolete French 1 & 2 Francs and South African 20 Cents and take them to the scrap yard when I have enough weight, nickel is worth more than copper at the moment.
    I have just collected in the region of £300 for copper and nickel coins.
