Another beauty from Iceland

This baby just made me laugh the first time I saw it,

It´s absolutly redicilousy scarce to find in this grade.

I like the whole note, but particularly the Nordic goddess on reverse!

 

Wow Siggi, that is beautiful. Is that an error? They misspelled hundred.

Really nice looking note. Particularly the reverse.

 

The note in it self is very scarce and I would guess there are less then five in this condition.

The last time a note like this sold was in 2008 at auction for around 10.000 dollars.

These notes were only in circulation for about 9 years if I remember correctly

Yeah, and it's from some islands named Landsbanki. Never heard of that place. Is it in the Caribbean or near the Azores? And Siggi, I think you have a winner. The frame above the word islands clearly has an error in it. :devil:
