    What does it mean?

    Is it a nicer way to say doctored?

    Not when I'm at work, it isn't.
     
  6. Called PMG. The answer was it means something on the note was retouched. Perhaps someone tried to cover something up. I asked so it means the note was altered and they said yes. Nothing earth shattering, seems it means what you assume it to mean.
