1927 Lincoln Wheat Cent lamination error? Peel?

  5. Didnt know a coin of that age could have that problem.
    Are they not almost all copper with no lamination added?

    Lamination errors occur when there are impurities in the metal, and they peel. In fact, they occur pretty much solely on copper cents. You will not find a lamination error after the composition change in 1982.
