Some nice additons throughout this thread. Wacky: your mismatch find has got me primed for some searching!

I am new to this board and figured that showing my latest note is a good way to introduce myself... Some from other boards may recognize me...

I was fortunate enough to get this note from a Forum memebr on another site and it is a great addition to my 00000066 serial collection!

Got busy and shamefully neglected this thread. Luckily, got a mini buying spree so the next two weeks should have good solid coverage... well at least one week.

Today, it's the last of the first postwar Greek fractionals... I've now collected the entire set. EDIT: AND I see missing the 5 that was a big fat lie. So ALMOST done...

P1010655.jpg P1010670.jpg I obtained this through a Heritage Auction from the ANA Dallas Money Show in October. R-8, VF to XF per Heritage, even with the stain on the back. I purchased this for personal reasons.

And another star is born, or at least has arrived. The more I get, the fewer I have left, so a new arrival is always welcome, and this one is in pretty nice condition...

Today I received the 11th of 12 district notes - only Minneapolis is left. St. Louis is a rarer get, so I am pleased with the face up on this note...

In yesterday's mail, two First Day of Issue Series 1976 $2 Federal Reserve Notes — The first one is postmarked in Flushing, NY at the La Guardia Airport Station and the next one is postmarked in Bronx, NY at the Yankee Stadium Station.

Getting awful close to finishing out my lime green 1934 $10 set, this I arrived along with a couple of H notes, all lime, the I fills a hole, the H's I have and will move along to further my currency habit, but they all look good together. Still trying to get the E and F notes, taking longer than I would have thought. Addicted to lime notes...

Nice! I'd be more impressed if they had matching serials, though ( just kidding... )

And I'd be more impressed if those matched S/N's were all mismatch errors, yet still matching each other! ;)
