Good question. I think the Mint only publishes circulating coinage production figures. For the presidential proof issues, I believe you need to look at the sales numbers for a number of Mint product offerings, including the clad proof set, silver proof set, presidential proof set, annual dollar set, etc. I think once sales conclude for all of these offering, you can determine proof mintages. The last time I checked I think the rolls for the 2012 Prez dollars were in the 30 dollar range plus shipping.
