    Box of Halves: 1987-P ender.

And I lost $0.99 in the box. There were three halves missing and in their place was 2 quarters and a penny. However, it was my first 1987 half that I have found. What do those go for nowadays?

2 boxes today, looks like most of my orders were wiped out by the storm. :(

    Anyway, first was a skunk, second had 2 '64's, 20 40%ers, and 1 '76 Proof.

Box of halves- Pepe Lepew This box had no silver, but a number of other dates that where in MS. They include 71-D, 72-D, 76-D, 82-P, 83-P, 86-D, MS-64 89-P, 92-P, (7) 97-P. Still a nice box for my collection.
From Coin World Dated April 30, 2012."That announcement regarding the evolution of Canadian currency followed the unexpected jolt March 29 when the RCM announced it would end production of the 1-cent coin sometime in April." Therefore Boys & Girls hold onto those Canadian cents the sky is the limit in future value.

"The colonies would gladly have borne the little tax on tea and other matters had it not been that England took away from the colonies their money, which created unemployment and dissatisfaction. The inability of the colonists to get power to issue their own money permanently out of the hands of George 3rd and the international bankers was the PRIME reason for the Revolutionary War" Benjamin Franklin

  16. My best box yet! Not as good as a lot of others but I am stoked.
Found my first walking liberty!

I am not sure whether it is worth it to hold onto 178 - 2002s though... What do you guys think?

    1) Box of Halves = 1-1942, 1-1964d, 2-1967d, 3-1968d, 1-1970s & 178-2002(mix of p&d)
    2) Box of halves = skunk

At one of my bag pickup banks the dimes bags have been awful - I think I've searched them out for now. I switched them over to quarters, just for the fun of it, knowing I wouldn't find anything. Well, I proved myself wrong and ended up with a nice 1966 canadian quarter - more proof that this coin counter does not reject silver. Nice!

I may pick up some quarter bags this weekend since I've got extra dough and not much in the way of halves this week. We'll see if my Friday Night and Saturday Morning banks got their deliveries, but I'm not holding my breath.

Quarters have a slim chance of delivering the silver, but no bags or boxes is a guarantee of no silver!

Yep, plus from what I've seen, when you find one, there's usually more than one.
