...tellers eagerly awaiting my arrival so they can get rid of these:

Only the second 1963 LT $5 I have gotten from a bank, the $20s are two series 1950, one 1963, one 1963-A and a 1974. I will probably spend the 1963s and the 1974 though.

This last week was pretty decent for silver finds too, searching rolls I found 4 war nickels, 3 silver dimes and three halves.

The teller that sold them to me had accumulated them over a period of about three months - she is their senior teller and trainer - she keeps them for awhile to show the other tellers what they are etc, that the paper on the pre-1963's will not react like the dry paper on the 1963 and later notes etc. After everybody sees them, then she sells them to moi.

Sounds like you have someone that deserves a bouquet of flowers or at least a box of chocolates!

Cool. Sounds like the senior teller has a rotating system of notes.

Curiously I have found that the flowers imply more than necessary, the chocolates are too ordinary and that the Sunkist fruit candies keep the goodies coming.
