    615427_426716970720691_623060623_o.jpg can anyone tell me about this coin?it has merle haggard within were it says quarter dollor. need help and it looks miss printed and the reverse it 100% normal

    Sorry but your coin is not an error. Someone has either painted or added a sticker to the obverse of a normal quarter. It is worth 25 cents.

    Do you think there is any reasonable possibility your coin came from the Mint like that?

    It is likely a sticker that was placed on the coin after it left the US Mint. Regardless of how it was done, this is a damaged coin that was altered privately.
