Hello humans. It's been awhile since I've posted on here, being busy with studies and life in general. But, I recently bought a few coins from my friends scrap/jewelry store and came across this coin.

I don't know what it is, even if it is from China. But, I know the combined excellence and wisdom of the CoinTalk collective can help.

    Please identify and Thank You!

Actually it's Chiang Kai Shek on your Republic Year 63 (1974) Taiwanese 5 Yuan.

Y#548, 28.9mm Cu-Ni. The 418,068,000 mintage is almost double that of the next highest year for this design's 12-year run, so it is very common, frequently found in dealers' 5 for a dollar trays.

No numismatic value, however, worth approximately 20 US cents. Double it, and in Taiwan, you can purchase a steamed meat or vegetable bun.
