i go with a 35 also but the best part is the history of that year-mint which makes them cool

 

My first thought was VF35 as well. Gotta love those seated halves!

 

Im thinking VF 35. But, and correct me if im wrong, do you think it was cleaned a long time ago and has retoned since?
