USPS and Murphy's Law go hand-in-hand

ok if you paid by debit card you can get a copy from the reciept from usps office, tell them day and time an who took the transaction, i know everyone at my usps store soo i know whom takes my packages... so try to narrow the time.. they keep transaction batch reciepts .. your going to need to speak to the gm.. so

Paid with cash. It was only 10 bucks. They acted like they couldnt give me a receipt from Saturday.

 

Well it got there today. It was only about 5 hrs away but 2-3 day took a full 5 days. You never know whats going to happen when you let that package go.

 

Glad things turned out well Vess. No more nail biting......

 

I received a WW2 German 98k Mauser rifle with the stock broken completely in half. You could club someone with one of those and not hurt it. It was even double boxed.

that is why I use tracking. So I know why I'm ticked off when they send my packages to Brookhaven Labs from Canarsie.

 

We used to through/throw stereo equipment extra hard in the 1970's on the sorting line, just to see if it can work.

 

Damn. Maybe from now on anyone using UPS should label their box 'steel pipes' or 'broken bowling balls' so there's no temptation to do further damage...

 

I keep telling sellers over and over again who ship on UPS not to ship coins that way because it would be trouble if shipment gets lost or ups happens to get a hold of it...

 

Which only helps if tracking updates, it doesn't always and you package appears to sit in one place for days until it magically teleports to its destination.
