That is a very nice 1975 5 "30 years victory over fascism" dinara. Got recently a coin from 1951 with a very similar obverse design (5 in the center above date, text goes in a circle) and it is from a country this 5 dinara basically talks about.

The Russian writing on it looks kind of weird, this is not the right way to say "30 years" or "30th anniversary"... weird.

 

That is what I was thinking. I was wondering if this was a Craigslist Rant and Rave post!
