    Those are some blatantly artificially toned Franklin's! Especially the first one!!

    ouch.. how can you tell ? Should I return them to NGC, PCGS and ANACS for a refund ?

    If that top 61 is graded I sure would like to see an image of it in a pcgs slab! It's AT no question....

    The top 61 is in an NGC slab.
    Sorry, I took your statement, "Those are some blatantly artificially toned Franklin's! ", as inclusive of all the images.

    How can you tell the top 61 is AT with no question ?

    The way the color lays on the coin. Lets see the coin in the slab, can you do that? If ngc slabbed that coin with a numerical grade I'd love to see it. And to answer your question , yes, I would send it back!
