This seller has location listed in US, but look at feedback, it's fake feedback from Chinese members with 0 score. These specific coins are listed in PCGS's article on counterfeit slabs as known types since 2008.
I've reported it to eBay and PCGS directly, just wanted to share with all of you about the slimy tactics these people are using to push their wares on unsuspecting collectors. Luckily, most of them are relatively dumb like this one is, but the scary fact is that some of them are actually smart and crafty.

What tipped me off was that the color and surface of the coins looked off, and one graded MS-63 had strong hairlines which PCGS would not have graded.

I am at work now, but if someone wants to upload the pictures of the coins themselves, in case the listings get cancelled soon, it is much appreciated. If not I will do it tomorrow when I am home.

    Thanks.

Cazkaboom One for all, all for me.

Just because older threads like this make the links go away when reported, I'll post the pictures.

Thanks a lot for uploading them dude, the firewall at my job prevents me from downloading pictures or pretty much anything else.

I remember that thread well Brian. Maybe Detecto will chime in on this one and recommend sending the National Guard to Ohio (the sellers U.S. location).

Anyway, I'm sure the CFe Group is working overtime to insure the removal of these and other "suspect" coins, keeping eBay pure and safe for all unwary collectors.

Hmm he already sold 4 items and surprisingly one of items was won by a Chinese coin collector/dealer (looking at his ebay bid history) and here is the kicker the seller even used shill bidding...

What is "a mailer of Asia", and why do they all sell for $.01?

They might be dumb, but the bidders are dumber. Not sure if the seller ever going to see the money (I think PayPal will not allow that) but it seems his 4 slabs made him $4000+. They will probably be back again and again.

IMO the seller use shill bidding to drive up bidding activity and make the item look more legit i think there 2 different shill bidder: the one which is obvious is bidder with 0 feedback and 100% bidding activity and the other one has 116 feedback but his high bidding activity should raise alarms.

IMO as i said before in an another thread opened fake listing have shot up considerable to take advantage of bidding madness in the bay right know due to PM price increase.

Yea Paypal will hold the funds until the transaction is complete, but they will most likely (and hopefully) be banned before that happens.

Looking at the pictures, the MS-63 is funny, since the barcode corresponds to a 62.
