    Looks like a die crack with chipping along the edges of the crack.

    Well it's a die crack and cracks are common. The chipping makes it noticeable and so kind of interesting, but it isn't of great interest, more of a novelty. I would expect it to be worth a dollar or two retail to the right person. Wholesale maybe 50 cent to a dollar.
