Got this 1950 bill from the atm . was wondering if it was worth anything or no . it almost looked fake
Are we looking at the miscut? Unless part of the next bill is showing it isn't considered an error worth more money it is considered a defect worth less (or face).
I'm surprised that came out of an ATM. I don't get even the 1996-style $20's. Was it a bank ATM or one of the third-party ones like you see in liquor stores?
its worth $20. there is no real error. the condition kills it. i am surprised they are still circulating that through an ATM. worked at a bank for a while. i was the ATM custodian and we never used notes in that shape new or old. they caused the machine to jam up.
