One of the best finds I ever got was 3 rolls of older Jefferson nickels. Although no wars were in there, I found 2 sets of ever date and mintmark (2x 1950-D, 2x 1939-D, etc.) it made my day and week.
Sweet, this is the score of a lifetime http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=oarbZyR3bPM Or is this http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=O7fKdkWR40w I have seen better scores but couldn't find them on youtube
What the f***, I wishi had the cash for a box of halves, quarters, or dimes, the biggest score I got was either a 1918 merc and 30 some wheats in a penny roll or 6 40%ers in 40 cwr of halves

I don't have a link but someone on this forum claimed to have found an 1830s Bust half dollar in a box. This was within the last year or two. I would have had a few OMG moments if that happened to me, haha.
Lots of peeps like to pass over on CWR, but I have generally found my best stuff in those, 4 of 6 IHC's came from CWR, less wheats but more pre-1982 bronze and more GVI and YH from Canada.
This year (in no particular order): 1. CWR of halves containing 8x Franklins, 1x 90%, 1x 40%, and 10x Walking Liberty, one of which was a 1938D in VF35 2. 5 CWRs of halves containing 18x 90% and 78x 40% 3. 18 CWRs of halves containing 2x 90% and 18x 40% 4. 1861 $1 gold piece (that had a loop soldered on top to make it into jewelry, which was also gold) in the reject tube 5. 2 Barber dimes on 2 separate occasions in BWRs, 1899 and 1907 6. A box of dimes containing 3x Roosies and an 1875 Seated Liberty Dime 7. Two BWRs of Nickels containing 7x War Nickels 8. Two CWRs of Quarters containing 29x Territory Proofs (DC/AS/PR x4, GU/VI/CM x5) 9. A box of halves with 2x 40%, 1x Franklin (an ender), and 7x Walking Liberty (including a double WL ender roll with 2 others inside) 10. 8x Washington Quarters from a teller tray Also, other various stuff from BWRs and CWRs, including 2x V Nickels, 3x Indian Head cents, 3x Steel Cents, 2x 80% Canadian Dimes, a 1955 Netherland 1G coin, a 40% silver quarter and a 40% silver Ike, and about 5 or 6 1976 and 1976D Type 1 Ikes. I've almost put together a full Jefferson album too, minus 39D, 43D and 50D. I've found 38D, 38S, and FOUR 39S's so far in circulation Probably missing a few things but that's the major stuff
Heh, ever? I've had more than 5 finds of multiple solid rolls, as have many others here.... It's been discussed in the past, if you search you can find the older threads...
She had all 8 of them separate from her other quarters, on the bottom. I asked her "are those all old quarters or something?" and she said yes and offered them to me lol
