1799 silver dollar. real or fake?

    i came across some 1799 silver dollars and was wondering if they were real, since i know nothing about them. im sure they are fake since i have so many, but i only paid a couple dollars for them. any info would help. thanks

    Have the words "fake" and "counterfeit" become not politically correct?
    We wouldn't want to offend the Chinese now, would we? They're so sensitive, you know.

    The proper terminolgy is "replica", and sold only "to make your collection more perfect." Yep, I miss the J-man's auctions on eBay...
