This is the latest addition to my penny teapot collection. This little kettle is made from a 1955 Australian half penny.





Now I have teapots made from Indian, Lincoln, Canadian, British and Australian pennies!

This Lady Liberty repousse hat pin I sold last year, I got an offer I couldn't refuse, besides it was on a hat pin that was at least 9 inches long so that made it hard to store and just as hard to show. Beautiful collection you have up there!! :thumb:

I've had these for a very long time. My parents brought these back from a business trip to San Diego in the mid 1950's.
A ring, a framed picture and a pair of "scissors" that "work"

Would anyone happen to know about or know where I could find out the history of 1917 Australian half penny miniature teapots

 

I remember seeing things like this back in the 1980's. Those are just too cool . . .
