    Amanda, Clinker passed away several years ago. You'd have liked him, though. A rather selfless guy, never said a bad word about anybody, far as I recall. He had a knack for starting rather exotic but nonetheless captivating if not just plum informative trivia threads, which many of us enjoyed very much. I know you didn't know; I'm just telling you.

  10. I never got to read any of his treads as i joined cointalk at a time he was no longer posting.
    From all ive read here on coin talk and his name comes up a lot at times he was the Abe Lincoln of coin talk.
    Not that he was a penny man but coins and honest seems to go together from all ive read.
    In my life i really only got to know one guy that stood out from all the rest he was my dad.
    Clinker must have been awsome for so many to remember him as i do just one.

    Is there any way that someone could put up some links to some of his more memorable threads, I sure would like to read some. He must have been a really great guy for all of you to remember him this way.
